| 1. | Currently, regular shipping of orders is
done by air mail.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping method. We are unable to offer expedited shipping to Canada at this time. |
| 2. | We will gladly do shipments of gifts; however, separate
shipping charges apply for each address. Please submit a separate order
for each shipping address. When the gift option is selected, a list of items (without price information) is printed and included with the order. You can also choose a personal message to be printed on this slip...limit 1 per order. Please note that the recipient may be charged customs charges at the time of delivery that are out of our control. We are not responsible for those charges. We suggest ordering the item yourself and then sending to the gift recipient if you wish to avoid this situation. |
| 3. | Most orders ship within
1-3 business days from our location, but please allow 30 days in case
of any unexpected delays. We will keep you informed by the email
address that you provide in case of any problem with your order. but
we cannot guarantee shipping times to Canada.
Shipping times to Canada cannot be guaranteed, since shipments are frequently held up by customs. Shipments frequently take 30 days or more, and we cannot trace shipments to Canada for at least 30 days. Please allow 4-7 weeks for delivery. |
| 4. | You are responsible
for any customs charges at the time of delivery. These are not
charged by us, and we cannot estimated the amount of these
charges.
It is not legal to misrepresent a shipment to Canada as a gift to avoid payment of taxes. Please do not ask us to do this for you.

| 5. | If an item on our web site has an order
button next to it, we normally have at least one of the item in
stock. Occasionally, an ordered item is out of stock. In this case, your order confirmation email will present options on how to proceed with your order. In the case of items marked
as discontinued, if the number ordered is more than we have in stock,
we will automatically reduce the number of items on your order
and ship available items. |
