Mail In Payments
You may also mail in payment by Visa, MasterCard, Check or Money order.

Please place your order online and choose the option to Mail in Check or Money Order or to Mail in Visa/MC information during the checkout process.  You will be given all necessary information for mailing your payment when the order is submitted.

If you have submitted your order online and plan to pay by check or money order, it is not necessary to print and mail the order form. Just reference your order number on the check or money order.
