Returning Merchandise

We will gladly issue a refund for the merchandise portion of your order
for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as the merchandise is
returned to us in new, undamaged condition. Please e-mail
us first for return instructions.
Shipping charges are refundable at our discretion if there has been
an error on our part or for other reasons that we deem
appropriate. We want our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience with us. Please let us know if there is a problem with any merchandise received from us and we will take steps to resolve the situation. |
