These policies and charges apply to shipments to the United States. We currently ship to the USA and Canada only. (See Canada policies if applicable). |

| 1. | Currently, regular shipping of orders is
done primarily by United States Postal Service.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping method. |
| 2. | We will gladly do shipments of gifts; however, separate
shipping charges apply for each address. Please submit a separate order
for each shipping address. When the gift option is selected, a list of items (without price information) is printed and included with the order. You can also choose a personal message to be printed on this slip...limit 1 per order. |
| 3. | Most orders ship within
1-3 business days from our location, with an estimated ship time of
about 3-6 days. We cannot guarantee ship time when the regular ship
method is chosen. All orders default to the regular ship method.
If you are in a real hurry to receive your package, we do offer an expedited Express Mail service. We cannot guarantee overnight shipping, but Express Mail has a delivery time of 1-2 days and is given priority status for shipping. There is a link beside the order totals in our shopping cart that says "click here to change shipping option" for this purpose. See #4 below for specific information. |
| 4. | Express Mail Terms
A). USPS Express Mail is available for an additional charge of $18. Please see E below for available ship times. B). US Postal Service Express Mail has an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days by the US Postal Service. The additional charge is non-refundable except in cases where delivery is not made within the 2 day guarantee as defined by the Postal Service. Signature is required on Express deliveries for this guarantee. C).Signature is required on all Express Mail packages by default. If you do not wish us to require signature, please put that in the order comments. We will be happy to do that...but the post office will no longer honor the ship time guarantee without a signature. D) Deliveries WILL be made on Saturday and Sunday if applicable unless you specify that you do not wish weekend delivery. Please note that Saturday and Sunday delivery is available in many but not all areas. E) Requests for Express delivery received before midnight Monday through Thursday should ship the next day. Friday and Saturday orders should ship the following Monday. If the expected ship day falls on a postal holiday, the shipment will go out the next available post office ship day. IMPORTANT: You will be notified by e-mail in case there are any items not immediately in stock and ready to ship or if there are any problems with shipping as described. We will wait for your instructions before shipping, so please check your email and respond asap to avoid delays.. |
| 5. | If an item on our web site has an order
button next to it, we normally have at least one of the item in
stock. Occasionally, an ordered item is out of stock. In this case, your order confirmation email will present options on how to proceed with your order. In the case of items marked
as discontinued, if the number ordered is more than we have in stock,
we will automatically reduce the number of items on your order
and ship available items. |
